98 front end problems help!!!

I’m a new 4runner owner and new member I love this thing!
I picked up a 1998 4runner sr5 4x4 and I love it! It drives good and great except one problem
The front wheel on the drivers side needs adjusting. I've measured from hub to hub on both sides for the wheel base the rite side is the correct length 105in but the drivers side wheel is an Inch and about quarter back towards the fender. The bottom of the tire is pushed out and the top is angled in like so,

If this was the front, the left tire is straight but the right is like so if you where looking at it from the front

I’ve seen the car fax and this 4runner has been damaged before in the front end nothing too bad but the struts and front parts where replaced maybe it was never aligned or put together right?

I've herd a few terms for this but I’m not sure what it is, so do I need to get and alightment? Some say I might need a new a-arm or the whole side adjusted. Is it possible to adjust the front end? or move that side forward I’ve always had jeeps with a solid axle so I’m not sure how to handle this if it is adjustable how do you do it?Can you just dissasemble the fron parts and move it to the rite place? Or is it just simple to fix by getting an alignment?

Thanks for all of your help guys!

if you can, try and post a few pics of the front of the truck at tire level so we can see the relationship of the tires...also if you can, take the wheel off (on the side you think is messed up) and snap some pics of the upper control arm, strut, lower control arm, tie rod and anything else you want us to look at...this way we can tell you if it's just an adjustment that's off or if something is damaged
