The Hunter Brush Guard (brand sold almost exclusively on ebay) is the cheapest you are going to find. I ordered and installed one of these 6 months ago, and you do get what you pay for:
1) black powder coat is fairly thin, scratches down to bare metal easily which will then rust quickly
2) all the hardware that came with the brush guard is crap. I went out to ACE and bought rust-resistant stronger bolts/washers/nuts for about $40 total.
3) Steel is somewhat weak, and does vibrate quite a bit. I fixed this by custom fabricating some brackets that connect to the frame through the grille. Pics upon request.
4) all in all, unless your looking to spend $600+, Hunter or used is the only option. I went with Hunter, and it looks great although may not stay that way for more than a few years...
