I got something today..
Don't think I need to say much.
Went to columbus and picked up a rear TRD axle regeared to 4.88. Now I need the front. Cant wait to put this in.

Was the guy from the Cleveland, OH Area if so I know who it was, he had a tacoma with the frame recall and he is parting his truck out.

Nice! Lower diff gears are one of the best upgrades for an off road vehicle (besides a 4:1 t-case gearset).

Thanks everyone. It is the guy parting out his taco in Cleveland. I found it on ttora and picked it up for $600 which I think is a great deal. Same thing sales on marlin crawler for 1500. I wish it made coffee. Nothing better than a locked axle and a fresh cup of coffee.

Glad someone else isn't jumping on that 5 spd bandwagon lol. I love the auto. Super easy and super reliable. I now need the get the front gears. The same guy is selling an arb locked front diff but I don't think I really want the front locked. Decisions decisions.
