Did you do install an adjustable pan hard bar or pan hard drop brackets? I've read the ass end can feel squirrelly w/o one or the other (although I'm not running either and don't have any problems). Look at the back of your truck and see if your rear axle is off-set to one side.

you just have to get used to the new driving dynamics... but after a couple of weeks, it will feel "normal"

It felt a bit tippy and squirrelly in the rear (like the rear wasn't following the front's input, sort of disconnected), BUT after a few days, that feeling passed and it just felt like a regular truck (with admittedly a bit more sway). It was actually quite stable at speed, once you get used to it.

Now, take it offroading and the difference is amazing!

I have the same lift and have no noises from the rear. Can you give some more details on what you are hearing, or is this more of a feeling of looseness?

are your swaybars connected?

Also I would make sure you get down and measure not just eye-ball your rear-axle. Panhard adjustments makes a big difference on "ride feel"
