3"-4" lift kits for a '99 sr5? Recommendations?

I have a 1999 t4r and im looking into at least a 3 inch lift and eventually new wheels so i can run 33's. Can anybody recommend a good kit that includes all the parts ill need? Im a college kid on a budget so inexpensive but quality parts are preferred.

What kind of kit you should get depends on what you want to do with it. OME is about the best bang for your buck at about the $700-800 range for 4 coils and 4 shocks. Spacer lifts are as cheap as $170 for a 2.5" Daystar kit (no shocks and you use your existing coils), but spacers aren't as good as lift coils because they limit travel and wear out your coils over time by smashing them more than what they were designed for. There's very refined kits like the sonoransteel 1.2, but they are more in the $1300-1400 price range. What kind of kit to get really depends on what you want to do with it. Haul ass through the desert or climb rocks? Mob through deep snow and mud or just cruise on flat fire roads? Check out toytec.com, sonoransteel.com, and allprooffroad.com to name a few reputable places.

And all this time I thought, how impressive of a 2 1/2 year old to be able to put my lift together, take my payment, ship it out and everything. Now I'm disappointed, I thought toytec was something really amazing!!! I guess they're just good now. haha

Can you vouch for this kit?

Im not looking to do any kinda rock crawling or anything that wild, im kinda a "weekend warrior" and take my truck out once in a while to hit up some mild trails with some mud here and there. do you think this kit would suit my driving style?

I go pretty wild on my OMEs and I love em! It's a great all-around set-up.
