I have a very similar situation, but with my entire left side. After years of use, the coils become saggy. The left springs will become saggy faster because that's where the most weight is. My entire 4Runner leans to the left.

The only way to fix this is to buy new springs, whether they be lift springs or new Toyota springs.

and this

Rear Coil spring spacers 10MM - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits

however you are just masking the problem. i would recommend getting new springs which will help with both the sag and lean. the ride will improve as well.

the metal spirals are the coils. They wear out over many years of use, now they need to be replaced.

The metal spirals, coils, and springs are all the same exact thing. Those are just different names.

It didn't just happen this week, it's a slow thing. It may have been slow enough that you didn't notice til now.

Spacers will only further ruin your springs, leaving you with a really rough ride.

And good reference to a very good song, "Kissing the Shadows"
