Meaningless Poll: If you couldn't drive a 3rd gen, what would you drive?
Okay, so the 4th-vs-5th gen thread got me to thinking:
I think we all agree that 3rd gens are the best 4runners
But if you couldn't drive one, what would you get? Assume your 3rd gen got totalled and you can't find a decent one in your area to buy. What do you get?

I think if it was me I'd say a 4th gen but the Xterra or FJ Cruiser would be close 2nd and 3rd, I think.

I also like the 5th TE, however a few weeks ago a got to drive the 2010 Nissan Pathfinder LE V8 and I got to say, I liked it.... a lot! That donk puts out 310 horses.
But since I can't afford $40k for either of these then I have to consider what else I can get in the same price range as my 3rd gen. Probably a double cab Taco or an 80 series.

Tacos are overpriced for what you get... otherwise I would have one.
I'm about to buy another 80 series.

If I had to choose a new 4runner then I would definitely go with the 5th Gen. A trail edition to be specific. They are really nice.
If I had to pick any Toyota I would go with the Tundra. Pretty powerful and they look good.
If I was picking any vehicle it would either be a Ford 250 or Hummer H1 if money was not in the picture.
