Installation steps:
Disconnect battery, I waited about 45 min to start work
Removed covers on the sides of the wheel, they just pop out
Torx screws on either side lets the airbag pull out
Gently pry up the yellow clips and then unplug the airbag connections
Unplug the electronics
Remove the center nut but don't take it all the way off until you give the wheel a couple yanks to get it loose.

Another note, the Lexus wheel I bought had a bluetooth button but my 4R doesn't have bluetooth. The buttons on the wheel come off with one screw on each side and a couple little rubber nubs that just pull right out.

My wife's 2003 Sienna XLE had a JBL sound system with steering wheel controls. If I remember correctly, it was leather wrapped. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't a direct bolt-in. Everything else was the same -- even the ash tray, which I took because mine was gone in the 4Runner.

I like the look of a 3-spoke design. I would have it customized and wrapped in leather so that it would look like the attached pic

1998 Toyota Supra Steering wheel

Does anyone know if the 1998 oem Supra steering will fit in the 2003 4Runner. I mean it is do classic looking and I would wrap it in leather and make a flat bottom just like the Subaru flat bottom steering wheel I previously posted.

The swap was very easy (just remember the airbag is literally an explosive device, haha) and I had it done in about 40 minutes.
So, what do you think, 2007 GX steering wheel will fit a 2005 Sequoia?
