Just sand-blasted frame, NEED HELP

Just had the frame, axle etc sandblasted to bare metal. I have Rust Bullet base and top coats waiting to go on but I need to properly prep the metal first. The guy who blasted it said NOT to wash it, but how else will I get all the caked on dust/sand off the surface as well as out of the interior frame rails?!?! I want to ensure good adhesion before the salty winter starts attacking. This has been a big project so I want to do it right. BTW, this was a frame-on deal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have 2 bottles of Naval Jelly laying around...I just don't know if the residue will resist the new paint.

The 1/4" inlet is where you connect your air hose from your compressor. You just drop the clear line coming off the gun into whatever container you have and the compressed air will make a vacuum and suck up whatever the clear line is in. You may be able to extend it with more hose so you can have the solvent sitting next to the truck while you're under it spraying. Otherwise you'll have to carry a gallon or whatever size can with you under the truck while you spray it down.
