Strange Front End Noise

I have a 99 Limited v6 2wd that has a noise in the front end that every time I take off it makes a sound like someone twanging on a stretched cable, and I can feel it at the floor and in the gas pedal, if that makes sense. I have replaced the sway Bar end links, and Sway bar bushings both front and rear. It handles much better than before, and the sound was there before and after I changed those things out. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Front End Noise

No Body? Anyone have any clues? I usually see some pretty quick responses.

Has anyone experienced this before or currently? It's got me somewhat concerned, but I don't want to assume the worst.

I had a strange buzz/vibrating noise coming from the front when I took off or sat at idle. One of the bolts from the front cat heat shield fell out. 50 cents later and no more buzzing.

Thanks for the responces, I have checked the Skid Plates, but I guess I need to look more closely at oyher things, it just feels weird because I can feel it in my feet, and I swear it feels like someone is twanging a stretched cable or something like that.
