Need help asap - A340F piston springs color coding

I have removed my tranny valve body to inspect solenoids. Turned out it was a mistake, looks like I could just remove solenoids without detaching valve body, but I followed manual procedure. Anyway what's done is done.
I used "Toyota 4Runner Repair and Wiring Manuals 1996-2002" that I found on the internet. Unfortunately it doesn't describe how to reinstall accumulator pistons. I have piston springs all messed up.
Good part - they are color coded, bad part - I couldn't find any spec or diagram for matching spring color to pistons.
I found a couple of diagrams, including ones for A340F, but they are probably for different years, because they describe different set of springs lengths and colors. I am really afraid to put everything back without exact knowledge of what should go where.
Can anyone point me to correct specs or just describe correct order?
I have 1998 SR5 4WD, door sticker shows A/TM: A03A/A340F

Also, do you guys have an advice on how to simplify valve body installation? Is there any way to hold all 4 pistons while attaching valve body with just two hands?
