Spare Tire Tools

When I bought my 4runner, I knew that the factory jack and tools were missing, which is no big deal - I just keep a hydraulic jack in the truck. However, I'm just now realizing that part of the "tools" is an extension to release the spare tire. Anybody know where I can get just this tool? Or a way to remove the spare w/o it? It's time to inspect and possibly replace the spare. Thanks!

I have the tool kit, pouch and a bottle jack that i will let you have for $20. I will even give you the rubber band and clips that hold everything down.

A long socket extension will work to get the tire down. I don't remember whether you use a 1/2" or 3/8" drive, but one of those works.
