99 talls?

Hey all... so close to getting a T4R finaly. Going to see this truck later this week. Does this appear to possibly have some small amount of lift in some form or maybe it came with talls? It is a 99. Could be the absense of the running boards and the smaller fender flares playing tricks on my eyes? I've always been a fan of 4runners but just recently researching and looking into mods.

Thanks !

Looks as if its stock. It is a 99 which have more ground clearance then the rest of the 3rd gens. Nice looking truck..

I have the '99 talls with the same flares and no running boards. To me, that looks a little higher than where mine sits. If they are '99 talls, you should see color codes of blue/pink and blue/yellow in front and red/yellow in back.

It may be the tires; those look smaller than my LTX M/S2 265/70/16's.

Look on the springs, they will have to be wiped down but there should be some paint marks on the coils like these.

that looks a little lifted to me..
if anything just some small spacers, a quick look underneath will tell you.
and if you do pick it up, welcome to the t4r fam!

Thanks for the info and the photo's. Guess I'll find out here shortly.
Tom Petty said it pretty well... "waiting is the hardest part".

I dont think its lifted. If you look closely at the tires they look really bald, which makes them look smaller, and gives the appearence that its lifted a little. Or maybe they are smaller all together? If my truck had bald tires and the 99 coils, it would look exactly like that. Of course I could be wrong too

Agree that could be a likely situation. Tires are first on the list but I need to see if they are 15's or 16's first though. If 15's I'll go to a 16 inch wheel with 265-75-16's.
