There's some good shots of it here:
Can everyone with a tube front bumper post a pic?
Also, page 1 has some shots of it on a different rig. It's a good looking and solid bumper for sure.

No, those are actually the factory turn signals. The new ones are super bright LEDs. You can see them here:

Scotty, how much would a bumper like that be with the light tabs for my 700ffs? I am definitely getting your bumper, it's just a matter of when.

Is there a bracket for moving the turn signals or is it just drilling some holes? Im definitely going to get both front and rear bumpers just curious about mounting options for the signals.

i turned the running lights into the turn signals with this:
Toyota Tech: Turn Signal Relocation
you keep the running lights, you just mod it to fit a bigger duel filament bulb in the so you can run both the running lights and turn signals in the same position.

Does the rear bumper for the Tacoma fit on the 4Runner? When I get ready to do it, I may order all of it at the same time. I dunno. Gonna have to see how funds work out.

Light tabs are only $15 to have them welded on. Since we launched the new site, we have given all the options to be added onto the bumpers now. So, its pretty easy to price it all out with the options you want.
We also have a way to eliminate the fast blinker with the LEDs. This relay will simply replace your old one under the dash. Just unplug the old one and plug this one in.

No, it does not fit. That is a Trail-Gear bumper specific for Tacomas only.
We hopefully will have a bolt-on heavy duty rear bumper for 4runners soon. Price tag will be around $599.
It will be very similar to this:
