Are you selling it already? I would say 10k, but you might get less because the timing belts and water pump need to be done soon. Plus it will depend on where you live.

I think 10k is fair.
for some reason prices are hyper inflated generally on this forum

That is true, everyone seems to over value their Runners, they are prob adding in all the mods they have done.

Let me explain, I bought this to be my replacement for a 07 Tundra. I thought I would scale back a little and get something a little less expensive. I bought this as an impulse buy and hadn't driven one much before. I still like my Tundra and have decided to keep it but I got to get rid of one. I am probably going to sell this and list on here.

IMO, not worth $10K, esp if stock SR5. Otherwise, not enough info on maintenance, history, condition of tires (worth ~$800), timing belts, interior, etc...

What a car is "worth" depends on who you ask. Buyers rarely if ever get to spend exactly what they want or less, unless they settle for something not 100% to their liking. Sellers rarely if ever get their vehicles sold for precisely what they want for it, primarily because they disregard things that make their vehicle worth less than they think.
Many things include maintenance, appearance, etc.
I have honestly seen ads in the past where the following was uttered:
"Vehicle is in EXCELLENT shape EXCEPT..." then insert laundry list of things it needs, like tires, windsheild, brakes, timing belt, water pump, salvage title, flood damage, etc.
Point is...do your research.

Blue book values: Excellent - $12500. Good - $11900. Fair - $10900. Dont short change yourself. The blue book value is the best indicator. Thats what people will look at to get an idea of the worth. 79000 is pretty low miles for a 3rd gen.

I am thinking of selling it for 11,500. Its a one owner and all the maintenance has been done except for the timing belt. Good tires and its pretty much flawless. Thanks for the input guys. I just miss my Tundra too much to keep this. Impulse buys are a *****.

Thats a fair asking price from the blue book. What year was your Tundra? My dad has an 09 Tundra and everthing about that truck amazes me.

Ya I like my 4runner, but I would give it away in a heartbeat for a tundra. We drove my dads tundra to yellowstone last summer. Its rides as quiet and smooth as a luxury car on the highway, excellerates like a sports car, and then turns into a machine off road. The thing is bullitproof. Except for the part where a bison rammed us and dented the right fender haha
