Looking sweet. The repaint of the flares really cleans it up. Mind if I ask how much that ran you?

Geez, can't you read?
I could have sworn the flares on the black limiteds looked black, but I have never been up close to one. Once again great job and everything turned out amazing.

Been gone for a bit so I'm trying to catchup on everything quickly!

Thanks for the comments!
RE Flare Cost:
Professional paint jobs are not cheap. I had two quotes, the first one was $800 for just the paint job, NO removal, install or parts. That was a paint shop in Orange County.
I thought that price was high so I asked my Toyota mech in San Diego (non-dealer) if he knows any quality paint shops. It turns out that he used to own a paint shop across the street. He offered to take care of the flares for $300 total. I have been going there for awhile and I have had them do all my repairs for years. He said the price was basically the painting at cost plus his guys labor. So I had them do it, the only complication was that a many of my clips were broken + the Toyota parts cost more $, and it ended up taking a LOT longer to finish getting all the flares on correctly.
I ended up paying $550 but I think it was a good deal considering the other quote plus his guys spent 4 hrs on a Sat putting the damn flares back on while I waited. Also, the work comes with a warranty.

LOL. There are a lot of cars on the road down in SD. I currently live in Encinitas not San Diego proper.

The aftermarket lights .. well they are SO much better than my 97 Toyota "clouded" lights but the beam patter is slightly off. I think one of them is just out of alignment. At least these are glass.

I am not 100% sure. I bought them from Discount Tire and if I find the receipt I will let you know the exact sizing. I know they are 16" --> I think the wheels are 16x8.

lift type and cost
***** Lift Kit thoughts *****
My lift is a Sonoran Steel (SS) 1.2 w/ Bilstiens in the front. I bought the lift in mid 2007 and have experienced very little to no SAG. I believe that Steve sells the 1.2 kit for ~ $1279.
I bought this semi-expensive lift because I did not know anything about lifts, he includes all parts and instructions, provides help support in that you can call him, and has a good reputation. He also impressed me over the phone because he knows the weight spring ratings of the different springs on the market as well as which ones will work with our trucks weight for a coil kit.
I was also quoted for $2500 at Off Road Warehouse in San Diego and they didn't have any pictures of 4Runners. I decided to get a kit off of the web and install it myself and a buddy.
If you do go this route I recommend you upgrade to the adjustable shocks.
Here is the SS website:
1996-2000 - System 1.2 - $1,279.00 : Sonoran Steel, Sonoran Steel Custom Metal Fabrication L.L.C. Custom Toyota Truck Parts
