Hmm what is concerning about the LBJ in that pic?
I had them checked a few months ago and they have about 50k on them since I had them replaced with Toyota parts.

I had another window open at the same time and the LBJ I happened to see on another 4runner is not yours. My bad. Sometimes multi-tasking can get the best of me. The 4runner looks so good.
I have always wanted to inquire whether anyone gets their panties in a wad in your condo complex when doing auto work. I lived in one years ago where an old lady whined to the manager anytime I helped someone out with a flat tire, etc. and I always received these reminder notes that no manual labor was to be performed by the tenants. So I moved on.

Luckily no, but my neighborhood is full of cranky older folks. I am planning on moving south towards true San Diego in the next few weeks.

Just started up my truck for the first time in 2 months and it is still running strong (knock on wood) ....
The battery was fine as well, that solar trickle charger worked great.
Washed the 4Runner as well
BTW, if anyone is interested my BudBuilt skid is still for sale (since I'm back now) and has a reduced price.

I really like those wheels. Your rear bumper almost looks exactly like mine. Nice truck!

I just had a scare today with my 4Runner. Last night I threw two codes for misfire and I was concerned it was the heads again. Luckily the mechanic just called and it is just a coil-pack; compression is good in all CYL.

That's good! That would suck if it was the heads again.

Yeah I was pretty happy to hear it was just a coil-pack. He tested compression in all 6 CYL as well and they came back within spec. My JE heads appear to be holding up well (knock-on-wood).

I have a 14 month old kid. If by "party" you mean drinking some beers and searching the forums, then getting distracted by youtube 4x4 video's, and building wishlists, after she goes to bed... then yes. lol
BTW was stationed at 32nd street, DDG 83 USS Howard and DDG 91 USS Pickney. GM and DC.

Hi,
I just put my projector light setup for sale in the classified section.
http://www.toyota-4runner.org/sale-t...eo-inside.html
If you have been following my thread you would know the details but basically I had this set put together last year. I ordered the parts from TRS and traded the $350 in value for my wheels for labor to do the retrofit.
I decided that I would build my own kit and redo it because
a) I need a new project
b) I thought amber halos would be cool
c) TRS had a xmas sale (now over)
d) I know a bit about this now that I have witnessed a full retrofit in person
Check out my listing, there is also a video
Full Disclosure:
After the retrofit I noticed a bit of light above the cut-off and thought there was something wrong. Several months ago I learned that the small bit of light is there " on purpose" on all OEM Lexus / Acura projectors and often referred to as squirrel or stop-sign finders. There is nothing wrong and if you click the link you can see it is a really nice setup. In fact my new setup will likely have the same exact stop-sign finders.

Brian,
Did you ever get another set of D-links?
If I had $450 to drop, I'd PM you in a heartbeat. But thanks to the pics postedby 4runningdaily, I am having to save up for a trip to the matterhorn next summer with the GF.
