Check out DC power enginneering, i got a large case chevy alternator with a custom machined case from them for around 350, puts out abou 280 amps at 15.2 volts at 2k rpm's and about 180 amps at 14.6 volts at idle i can get pics if interested.

Can you link me to a page on it.
Is it direct fit? Or mods needed?

well I might do dual battery set up too. but my alternator is in terrible shape. I don't think I need more then the 150 amp. one.

Actually for the alternator I got youll probably have to call them at dc 888-441-0144, ask for rob and he will help ya out. And yes when I got it was a direct bolt in all i needed was a small 1/4" spacer and they even provided the pigtal harness to covert between a toyota plug and a chevy plug very nice product and customer support
