I'd surely go if I still lived in Santee.
Last time there, Scotty chased me down Bronco Peak rolling his junk end over end. Good times

EDIT: Would you mind sending me 50 Alberto's/Sombrero's carne asada burrito's and 500 rolled taco's with guacamole??? No SD type mexican food here that I've found and I'm dying for it.

Big John there is a place up in Cheyenne that is pretty legit Mexican food;
Hacienda Guadalajara
317 East Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY

I stop by whenever I'm up there, closest place I've found that is like a good old Juanbertos/Albertos from socal! I miss those and cheap sushi the most!

WOW,

I just googled it and I have been here before, like 3+ times from 2004-2006. It was five years ago and I didn't know the name of the place.

I definitely want to go back soon. When I went out before I was all stock.

I was mostly stock when I lived out there, I loved that place though, lots of trails with plenty difficulty levels.

@nquaint

re: the picture above.

well I won't be going down any rocks like that when I go out there again. My truck is still my DD and it would affect my job if I broke it.

Medium trails: Yes
Hard trails: no
XX Black Diamond: no

Here's another place I liked to go because it's close to town (just east of Alpine). Easy trail all the way to Pancake Rock Even the rock is easy, but it is intimidating when you're looking up it. Once you hook up and get to the top, it's pretty damn cool and you could easily park 30+ rigs up there for a BBQ or whatever. If you follow the trail down to the rock slabs, you can find as much trouble as you'd like down there for the more hard core folk. You can google search Pancake Rock, Carveacre, or Lawson's Peak and they will all lead you to the same place.

I try my best to stay away from both Cheyenne and Denver. I guess the next time I HAVE to go to Cheyenne though, I'll try and stop there and make the trip not so miserable.
