Wacky Issue..........teaser

First post on this forum.
Long time AudiWorld guy, thought it would be a good idea to buy a real SUV.

Anyway, I bought a 2000 SR5 Automatic with a 156000 miles.

The issue is electrical with a touch of HVAC. Neither the heater or AC work and the fan does not work. I checked every fuse in the box and found a bad ACC fuse.
Now here is were it gets tricky, the radio does not work.......unless you put the fan control in the middle positions. Then the radio works fine and the antenna goes up but still no blower operation.

I tried a search but came up with maybe a blower resistor?

Any help would be great

Maybe you need to get your 4runner an exorcism?

Pull the center bezel off and see if the radio is wired into the HVAC control, the see if the blower fan (behind/under glovebox) is wired properly. Thats what i would do atleast.
