Nice looking bumper and an even better price. One question though, why doesn't it wrap around farther on the sides? Is that to accommodate SR5 and limited flares?

Bumper will be built to SR5 and Limited Flare sizes. Bumper sits back slightly to accommodate larger tires and allow the user to cut off the pinch weld if needed.

How strong is the 2" receiver? can you still tow as much as a factory or U-Haul trailer hitch?

Thanks

Yes the 2" receiver is strong enough to tow with. We recommend towing up to the rated limit of the vehicle from the factory!

Wait, is that 599 the price with swing away?! Just wondering, cus that's how the website makes it look but I didn't figure that would be true.

Josh has it right there. The website will be updated soon but it only shows the price of the bumper. Pretty good deal if you ask me for the quality product you will get!

Will the spare tire still fit in the stock location? If I didn't want the swing away.

Do you have any pics of how its attached under the vehicle too?

The spare tire will fit in the factory location if we build the bumper without a receiver hitch. If you want the receiver hitch then the tire will NOT fit underneath anymore and you'll want to think about a swing away option or fold down tire carrier that we manufacture!

Don't have any mounting pics as of now but will next week. Bumper is currently getting powder coated!

Just kidding. I initially though that was a hell of a deal for a bumper with tire carrier. Im not a fan of many rear bumpers but I do like this one.

probably should state something like "Hybrid Bumper $599, Tire Carrier extra $399"

I still think their pricing is pretty damn good. $1000 for a rear bumper with swing out carrier.

Sorry guys the swing aways are standard pricing on all of our rear bumpers so I don't think about that when posting pics and pricing for a new bumper... The great thing is you get what you pay for and with CBI offroad its total quality that lasts and the best in service!

Talk with our previous customers and they'll tell you what its all about!
