Need Suggestions- Rims, Tires (size), Lift

I have a 1999 limited 4runner! I just bought it about 3 months ago and it has all stock parts but that hasn't stopped me from gettin dirty. I need some help on how high of a lift, tire size and i want to add some style so im looking for some rims. Any suggestions? Pictures would be helpful too!
ps- the color is that in between white/silver

Thank You guys so much!

Another good resource is to go through other people's builds.

Collection of 3rd Gen Build Threads

I'd say browse through that and find some builds that you like. Then we can all help you narrow things down from there.

for wheels- get some oem 5 spokes and just paint em- that way your not out a lot of cash- and the tundra brakes will fit no problem.. as for the rest- there's enough pics/ideas in those two links to give my wallet a heart attack so I'm sure you wont have any problems.
