Smile 231mm tundra brake upgrade

Hey all I'm looking into doing the tundra brake upgrade. I know this subject has been beat to death but I just can't find the answers I'm lookin for....
1. What years of tundra do I need to find.
2. This is a direct bolt on correct?
3. I have the split 3 spoke 16" wheels if I want to use these I need to trim/grind some material off the inside of the wheel right? How much do I need to remove? If I want I could use the factory tundra wheels right?
4. This one is probably kinda stupid but is the a definite way to tell the 199's from the 231's just by looking at them.
I ask the last one because there its a junk yard 150 miles from where I live the guy says he has 4 tundras ranging from 00-05 and he will sell me the calipers and rotors for $20 a side if I pull them. I want to make sure the're the larger brakes before I drive up there to get them. If not it will have to wait a month or so till I head that direction for deer hunting so% can check them myself.

Sorry for the long post, but I apreciate any help/answers. Thanks!

1. What years of tundra do I need to find. 2003-2005(might be a larger range)
2. This is a direct bolt on correct? Completely bolt on
3. I have the split 3 spoke 16" wheels if I want to use these I need to trim/grind some material off the inside of the wheel right? How much do I need to remove? If I want I could use the factory tundra wheels right? They will fit with very little trimming. Backspacing is key. You could add a small wheel spacer and do no trimming.
4. This one is probably kinda stupid but is the a definite way to tell the 199's from the 231's just by looking at them. They will have the stamping of 13WL on them if they are the 231mm calipers.

There is a write up on here. I'll find it.

Here you go:
Hard to find Specs, Info & Measurements on 231mm 13WL Tundra Calipers & Rotors

So, my question may be dumb... How do you know which pads go with the two different calipers?? Is there part numbers that differentiate the two?? Thanks and sorry if it is a dumb question.

I wouldn't use those wheels or trim them. That just never sounded like a good idea to me.

You should get the oem 16" size "star wheels". They fit as far as I am aware.

The 199mm calipers use 4.7” pads
The 231mm calipers use 5.3” pads
