2007 4runner sport

I am torn between a silver 2wd or a white 4wd. They both have the 4.0 v6. What gas mileage can I expect out of both of them?

Depends on your driving habits but anywhere around 18-21mpg. It's nice having the option of 4wd if you ever need it!

4wd for sure. I get 16ish sitting in city traffic every day. On the highway I get more like 21-22.

Where do you live and what do you intend on doing with the 4Runner? These answers should lead you to a decision. I live in MPLS, a 2wd would be a disaster in the snow.

2008 SR5, stock, V-6 4WD with 17" tire. My average on the computer is 21.5 mpg combined city and highway. I drive pretty conservative, take my time but do the speed limit. Resale is always going to be better on the 4WD. Best regards, Doug

I would for sure get the 4wd when you go to sell it you'll get all the money back.
