I washed, waxed and detailed mine. Then I repainted my rola rack. I also washed, and waxed the wife's car. Then found a steal on new wheels for her car and went and picked them up. Super busy weekend.

Installed Volant CAI and ditched the oiled filter for an Amsoil Ae cone. ETA: The Amsoil filter is an open top and it sits right in front of the intake hole.

My dad had the same generation Explorer. The amount of maintenance that he had to do on that . . .vehicle amazed me. And it was 2wd!

I swap my amp on my fronts, from jl audio 300/2 to a rockford fosgate t600-2, big difference in sound on the focal 165k2p, birthsheet says 248w x2 at 4 ohms, that jl was at 150, even tho it sound good, the rockford made it sound even better.

installed my HID kit
I just installed my HID kit which I bought from XenonDepot a month ago. It took me 2 hours to do it, but I am satisfied with the outcome.

Put money down for my APR fuel rails, ordered ID 1000 injectors for my truck, sent my drive shaft specs to DSS for a lightweight one, and lately my sound system is going out so I'm looking for a new head unit and get replacement speakers if they went bad.
For more pics of the V12 supra and the tumbler go here.

Full day: about 5 hours
Did alot with my runner today.
A) Detailed:
1) Washed/dry, Meguiars Gold Class Wash.
2) Used Meguiar's Cleaner Wax on inside: tailgate/doors/sunroof edges/hood/engine compartment/alloy wheels/roof rack.
3) Clay bar front bumper/hood/front & rear bumper "lip"/parts of tailgate.
4) Used 3 step Mother's step1 (Pre-Wax cleaner), step2 (Sealer & Glaze), step3 (Carnuba Wax).
5) Armor All: inside front fenders/tires/rain flaps/running boards/window trim/rear trim/anything black plastic inside the engine compartment.
6) Meguiars Natural Shine Protectant for inside door trim/dashboard.
7) After 1 hour highway drive, I hit the front/mirror/windshield with Meguiars Ultimate Detailer spray (lots of bugs, it was 88 degrees today......anyway, good stuff).
B) Maintenance:
1) Replace Engine Oil (Mobile1, 5W-20)
2) Replace Oil filter (Toyota OEM)
3) Injector cleaner (every 5K, Shell V-Power)
4) Cabin & Engine Air Filter (Toyota OEM)
Here are some crappy pictures:
Pictures do no justice. Since new, all I've done is throw cleaner wax on her. Anyway, she is clean as a whistle. After all this, I tanked her up (87 octane BP gas) and headed home. Some light mods are up and coming very soon!
