2007 SR5/4x4: OME 884/90021 in the front along with some SPC UCA's, and OME 895/60004 in the back. Just picked it up from Slee yesterday. If I could post a pic, I would!

I like to upload my images to Imgur and then embed images from imgur into my post. You can copy the html link in imgur and paste it into the forum. It will look like this when you paste the text into the edit window:
HTML Code:
<a href="https://imgur.com/8NeEFMO"><img src="https://i.imgur.com/8NeEFMOl.jpg" title="source: imgur.com" /></a>
You can change the size at the bottom of the imgur window, I like medium and large thumbnails. If you want to change size on the fly, change the letter at the end of the src section to t=small, m=med, L=large, h=huge. Hopefully the asterisk is lined up correctly over the letter I'm referencing, I think it should be monospaced text.
HTML Code:
                                                                                             *
Small Pic Example: <a href="https://imgur.com/8NeEFMO"><img src="https://i.imgur.com/8NeEFMOt.jpg" title="source: imgur.com" /></a>
Medium Pic Example: <a href="https://imgur.com/8NeEFMO"><img src="https://i.imgur.com/8NeEFMOm.jpg" title="source: imgur.com" /></a>
And then when you preview or submit, it will look like this. Just an example pic showing the link to copy and the sizing, but yours will be whatever pic you want
What did you do with your 4runner today?

Front passenger wheel hub assembly put on today. On a gravel driveway in the sun with a box fan on me. Only about 2 hours work from moving jacks, stands, tools, finding wd-40 to loosen a bolt, to superglueing a cut on my finger together, to test drive.
The shop wanted 3 hours at $120 an hour. I used all hand tools and was easy.
The bearing was wobbly, clanky over bumps and made a slight hum on the highway. I just used a generic brand from rockauto so I'll see if it lasts longer than a year.

I had a bit of time so diverted the AC drain away from the frame like one of the threads on this site shows. I have almost new gen5 strut assemblies coming soon, can't wait to see how the old girl takes the bumps after that.

Talking Toytec Boss 2.0 XD Rockstar 3's Nitto Ridge Grappler 255/80R17's

This has actually been over the last few weeks, but as the title says Toytec 2.0 Boss with 700 lb red coils and Toytec extended travel HD rear springs and my rims and tires finally came in. I am super pleased and I did not need to do a body mount chop but instead jus delete the mud flaps and push the front fender liner forward and no more rubbing.

Nothing crazy but the always satisfying small stuff. Replaced the front windshield washer motor with a junkyard one. $4.76 plus $2.99 for fresh fluid. Did the at home 5 minute two inch lift(removed running boards). Debated on this for a while since I'm not a giant and am only 5'10. Now time for a nice deep clean on the interior.

Just got home and nice to see a box on the porch, delivery from ToyotaPartsDeal Toyota Parts - Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and Accessories Online

My wife loves driving the 4runner but hates getting in and out of the drivers seat because she misses the grab handle. There is one on the passenger side and being not too tall she uses it to get into the car. I know a lot are not a fan of having one on the driver's side but gotta keep the wife happy.

New handle and trim pieces to cover the bolts, $24 for the handle and $2 each for the trim pieces. Also ordered the $5 trim piece for the grab handle on the tailgate, mine was missing since I bought the car.

Satoshi Grille

Mostly finished my Satoshi grille. Waaay more work than it should have been lol. Don’t even know how many hours I spent sanding much less total time I have into it. Only 2 of the acorn nuts survived due to being rusted and the bolts just twisting off. 2 I had to cut off with a mini hand hack saw which really sucked due to no room in between hood and grille. Got to get some ordered up now.

Also when I was testing fitment I broke the damned retaining clip that holds the hood latch lower disconnect bracket to the rod from the upper hook. My neighbor was there and said “I think I have another one”. I said “you gotta be shittin me”! Well sure enough he had one from an older 2nd gen rear latch and he saved my ass.

I have color match paint on order, but hasn’t come in yet and go back to work tomorrow. I’m tired of messing with it so threw it on for now. Hours of sanding has got the best of me haha.

Finally got my rear Molle panel from Orange Boxx. As others have stated I had some issues but overall I am satisfied. The 4runner cutout was smaller than what I asked for and ehat is shown on the website. I was given an explanation that the previous design was weak and it had been updated (but no change to the website or explanation when I ordered)... He did offer to redo it but was pretty rude about it. I am not willing to wait another 2 months or more for another panel so I went ahead and installed it. Ultimately this is to keep my stupid dog from jumping out of the back with the window down. I didn't care at all about its ability to hold things, but it's a small grievance in todays world I suppose. Definitely looking forward to cruisin with the window down and not worrying about doggo jumping out the back!

Finally got around to relocating my license plate and mounting an led bar in the bumper. Really happy with how it came out! I think the button I got is technically the wrong color led, but I don't really care at this point. I'll address it when I fill in some of those other blanks.

I may go back at some point and try to rebuild some of the gaps left by cutting the lower grille ('04, non removable), and also potentially paint the license plate mount. Maybe even wrap it in some inner tube to cut down on any potential damage from bouncing around. I'm also going to cover the whole bar in an amber film (along with my fog lights). This thing is stupid bright, so I'm sure the film won't limit it too much.

Along the way I figured out my driver's door actuator is jacked.....so guess what I'm doing tonight What did you do with your 4runner today?

I didn't even know this was a thing, I'm always worried my dumb German Shepherd pupper will take a dive, sure seems like he wants to. I'm gonna check it out.
