Per the requirements under the extended warranty, I took my T4R to a Toyota dealer during the time frame of the extended warranty, they got my VIN number, inspected my cracked dash and they determined that my T4R indeed was covered and the dash met the requirement for replacement, they then placed the order for my new dash and then when it came in they contacted me to make a appointment to install it, I took it in and they had it replaced in around 2 hours, it was 3 months in between the inspection and them installing the dash which was very good, many had to wait up to 18 months after their inspection because in the beginning Toyota was very back logged since they had to setup and make all the new dashes, I got in on the warranty in the last 6 months of it.

Unfortunately for those that didn't get their's replaced within the time frame, the deadline has long since expired to get Toyota to replace their dashes under the warranty, I feel for those who wasn't aware of the warranty and missed out on getting their's replaced, for those that did know and procrastinated on taking their T4Rs in for the inspection before the deadline so they would get on the list for replacement I can't feel bad for them, because as they say "you snooze you lose".

Installed some 5th gen mats if found for $30. Fit is 99% there. From what I have read the driver's side mat is too short but I wouldn't know since my 4runner never came with it.

Here they are stacked on top of each other so you can see the differences.

And here they are in the floor. The driver side only will fit with the right most retention clip in. I took off the left side. The mat does not slide forward and is not at risk of getting caught in the pedals.

Did my post-trail cleaning. Seems the front skid scooped some Kentucky mud.

Picked up some battle scars too. The black is PlastiDip.

Added the ride decal to the “where I’ve wheeled” collection.

Started it up and got a CEL/rough idle again (after switching the coil and plug into another cylinder)

Was another P0304 :/ Looks like it's probably the headgasket. RIP my bank account! This thing seems to be making up for the first year where literally nothing went wrong with it lol

What’s the damage? Glad you are (I’m assuming here) ok.

Edit: didn’t see second pic... looks like it’s time for a rear bumper now!

Thanks!
And I think it’s just some sort of glare the profile hi lens is a bunch of led lights in individual led projectors

What did you do with your 4runner today?

Installed half of my Coastal Offroad skid plate package, the front is perfect but the second half doesn’t fit. Waiting on Brandon to see what can be done. In my opinion the front skid looks killer with the bumper. What did you do with your 4runner today?-img_1834-jpg

Also added these paracord grab handles I got from a guy on TW, they’re amazing, wish I had them sooner. Kids love the ones on the headrests! What did you do with your 4runner today?-img_1821-jpgWhat did you do with your 4runner today?-img_1822-jpgWhat did you do with your 4runner today?-img_1823-jpg
