Give these guys a call Welcome to Nisstec Lifts! Nissan & Infiniti Performance Suspension Kits & Accessories they are great.. and no, her nissan wont be taller than your 4runner unless you do a huge bodylift or a solid axle.
I researched xterras before I bought this 4runner, go with Nisstec you will be happy or she will, lol

Tbh most vehicles do unless you widen their overall stance as well as the tires. My 4Runner's borderline looking like that with just a 3" lift since I haven't added spacers or gone wider than 265s yet.

I don’t think yours looks like that at all, I’ve seen most your photos and it looks fine! You need to get similar wheels to mine instead of spacers 17x9 -38 FTW lol.

Alignment today helped drivablity a lot but still have a rattle. Ordered a new lower ball joint, see if that helps.

LED fogs
I am finally getting around to replacing the halogen headlights with LED's. Tonight I replaced the fog lights and I was shocked at the difference. The low beams are a dingy brown when compared to the new LED fogs. Tomorrow the low beams get replaced. I know why I waited so long to make the switch...prices are much more affordable now.

Can't fix Stupid
Oil lease road, if you can call it a road, south of Niton Junction Alberta. Drawn, for unknown reason, south onto a remote trail. -6C, ice, snow and mud (of course). Spot a guy in street shoes walking along with a beagle. No hat or gloves. I'm thinking "Whats the story"?
He works for an energy outfit out of Drayton Valley, NewForce, checking out a lease site. He drove off the trail and is sunk to the axles. No shovel, no mud terrain tires etc.
Cannot be pulled out, impossible! I did winch him out and am not pleased as it was an extreme pull. A winch is for extracting the vehicle it is mounted within not vehicle recovery. This KID was so green he cranked the front wheels fully to the left end stop. Stopped winching and advised him to keep the wheels straight as the drag is increased. I was given a ball cap with the company logo for the effort. No Thank You or appreciate the assistance. Appears this phrase is not part of the current day vocabulary. Just a stunned smile.
I emailed the company as voice mail picked up continually, described the situation of the previous day and asked the operations manager what would a extracation job be worth to him in the remote area. I suggested a trade, ball cap with company logo as proof of service, for cash. Asked for a callback. No return call or email.
Best scenario in the future is to ask "How much money do you have?" ?
Well I vented here and I didn't say to the KID "Are You Stupid!?" .
WHY? You can't fix Stupid!
Bahaha.

this weekend I finally reconnected my AOB switch for my air compressor - the running light was unconnected, and now it isn't! looks great. I can't wait to have more reasons to add more switches in the cabin.
