Ok, a few caveats here:
1. I did all this research 2 years ago
2. I'm not a parts cross reference system
3. Information was attained through informal sources
That said, I will attempt to recall what I remember.
Bilstein changed several elements about how they list "lift" values for various kits (around 2017, when I was doing this research for my 6112 kit). Now for whatever reason (I don't recall), the parts themselves did not change, nor the part number; just the entries in the parts catalogue.
So I managed to find somewhere the listing for the 5160 rear shocks' extended length and compressed length. And fortunately someone here on 4Runner forums had posted the same two values for the OEM XREAS shock (I later measured mine after I removed them and the posted value was very accurate).
Anyway, prior to the lift value change, the 5160 had been listed as 0-2" lift... and after it was listed as 0.5-2" of lift. I cannot explain why this change happened (I'm sure some research will turn it up though), but the parts themselves did not change and obviously the extended and compressed lengths remained.
So you'll want to independently verify the compressed and extended length of the 33-187174 and compare that to the XREAS shock's value to ensure you won't ram the valving into the top of the tube on full compression.
Something to note though is that without RAS, the stock ride height on springs allows the rear axle to easily ram the [extended RAS] bump stops. I think the RAS bags provide a non-linear spring rate and thus decelerate the axle prior to hitting the bump stops. If you ever choose to switch to coils it may be prudent to acquire some cushy bump stops; you'll certainly need to ditch the extended bump stops that come with the RAS equipped trucks for the non-RAS truck bumpstops, or get a set of superbumps (which I did).
At my current ride height I have about 50mm of uptravel on the rear before it contacts the superbumps. It's something to be aware of if your RAS ever craps the sheets.
Or... just lift it...
