Sorry to bump an old thread but there is an equal amount of those who say the 5th Gen will and will not fit a 4th Gen. Just looking for some replies from those who have completed the swap. I have an opportunity to buy a complete OEM 5th Gen suspension. My 2003 limited V8 is seriously sagging, leaking and needs replacement. Thanks in advance.

I just did it this weekend with some 2019 5th gen suspension in the front and rear its pretty straight forward once you know what to do.

Rear upper shock mount hole, might have to be reamed out with a circular drill bit from harbor freight to fit the bushings and nuts, springs In the rear are fine.

The front bushing of the new strut might have to shave down, either a belt sander, or in my case I used a dremel to fit it into the lower control arm seat portion. the upper area bolts up fine and the UCA are plug and play as well.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have read every forum post and was worried. How does it handle in comparison to the old set up?
