Looking for the full text of a somewhat rare TSB...any help? (Already Searched)

I am looking for the full text of the 2003 Dash light TSB. This is the one where the dash lights do not automatically come on during the day and are somewhat hard to read in the crappy, overcast Washington state days. The wife has been complaining about it lately.

Here's the info I was able to find in my searches:

Summary:
SPEEDOMETER NUMBERS ARE DIFFICULT TO READ IN CERTAIN LIGHTING CONDITIONS. GAUGE VISIBILITY IMPROVEMENT.

I am trying to locate the full text to see if, possibly, I can do the work on this myself. And/Or estimate what the dealer would charge me to have this done. Based on my prior experience with them, without the TSB text in hand, they'll deny there is one and encourage me to forget about it.

Does anyone have access to it? I checked around in the TSB section of the forums but couldn't find this one in particular.

The PDF indicates
"NOTE: Before performing any work explain the following to the customer:
The instrument lights will illuminate every time the ignition switch is turned to the“on” position or when the engine is started.
A/T shift indicator lamps will be slightly dimmer than before the procedure."

Does not say if the A/C controls will be dimmer. I just leave my parking lights on as it does essentially the same as the TSB. In bright sunlight I do have to switch off the lights to see he A/C controls.

FANTASTIC! Thank you, sir. You are very resourceful and prompt. I appreciate it! Going to sit down and review this on the weekend and see what I have on hand, if the parts and time are there I will probably do this myself if I can. Might stop by the stealership quick for laughs tho before I do and see what they'd charge.

Looks like a simple job. Appears all you are doing is making a tighter connection. I love how it states: Drive indicator light will be "dimmer" after. Duh! Stealing a wee bit more from there.
