DDM tuning ??

This morning when I opened my hood to check my engine oil I noticed that my ballast wire was cut on my low beam....

there are tons of little pieces of wire, as if that would have melted

What may have caused this?

too high temperature ?? ( I have 35w on my low beam )

thanks !!

Does it look like it was cut or melted? They are completely different.

If I saw melted wires I would be concerned.

Sounds like an animal if there's a bunch of small wire pieces laying around in there. You can typically tell the difference between a "cut" in the wire versus a melted wire...

Hmm...why do you think that?

I agree with the others. This does not sound at all like melting, sounds like and animal. A picture would help.

Huh?

Anyways, if any of your stuff did melt it wouldn't be ddm's fault, it would be the installers fault for putting wires too close to hot engine parts. I've never had a problem with ddm, and I've had my kit for over 2 years now.
