Long life and Super Long Life

Can I top off my coolant with Toyota Long Life when its suppose to use Super Long Life? Will this cause any harm?

I was told at the dealership that they are not compatible, but I seriously doubt that is true. I would think that it has to be compatible because the red is being phased out and it would be impossible to totally drain the cooling system to replace with all new fluid. You would have to tear the motor down to get all the coolant out. The difference I noticed with the pink and red is that the pink is essentially twice the price because it is pre mixed.
