Fuel Door Latch broken

I have a 2003 4Runner Limited. The fuel door latch broke yesterday. I'd like to just order the latch part, but I don't know what it's called or where to order it. Anyone here know that info? Thank you!

Doesn't look expensive.

That's it, thank you. NOW the problem is, it seems like I need to replace the entire "Release Cable". That doesn't sound like an easy job. Any clue if that's something I can tackle myself, or does that entail disassembling half the car?
