and the mid-life crisis continues....lol
With the help of Gaterose (Matt) replaced the Xreas suspension system and Daystar spacers with a set of Bilstein 5100's on all 4 corners and OME 884's/Toytex Superflex. We set the front 5100's on the second space from the bottom for the OME 884's to sit on. In the rear i used one of my Daystar 1.5" spacers on the driver side, along with the Toytec Superflex Springs. As it has settled it is sitting pretty level. As it sits now the measurement are:
Front Right - 38 1/2"
Front Left - 39"
Right Rear - 39 1/2"
Left Rear - 39 5/8"
Since my current tires are about a year old i will have to wait a little while before buying some new shoes.
What was left from the Xreas Suspension...
At Matt's and right after...

Morris, your runner looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor!! You can't have those colors still after Sandy, those must be old pics, no?

Thanks man. Hard to believe but she will be 10 years old on the 21st of this month. Luckily for us (not so much for our friends to the north) Sandy never touched us. This was one of the few times that we haven't been effected by a hurricane.....it was a nice break. I took these pics last Tuesday or Wednesday.

wow what a difference between just the daystar and the new lift. did you have to do any extra work besides the suspension? brake lines extended, or diff drop?
Like always, looks awesome Momo

If it was 4WD i would have to do the diff drop. Brake lines are fine. I did install the 1.5" Daystar spacer on the driver side rear to compensate for the lean. It is sitting pretty level. Most of the extra work was pulling all the Xreas tubing out. Gaterose did all that while i was working on other stuff

Got a set of black Method center caps and black lug nuts to give the wheels some contrast. I also shortened the center caps by about an inch. Can't decide if i like the black or chrome caps better.

Black

Chrome. From a distance, black makes it look like the hub caps are missing.

Thanks man. Yeah, it does tie the wheels better to the truck. I just need to give it time to sink in. I am very glad i shortened to caps. They were just too long. If i do go back to the chrome caps i will shorten them as well

I'm usually the first person to say no to chrome but I like the Chrome caps. Maybe try the black lugs with the chrome caps and see how that looks
