OW 2.5 extended travel shock kit w/ OME 896 coils?

Does anyone know, can attest, think it will be ok for the meantime to run the OW 2.5 extended travel rear shocks with rear OME 896 coils I'm purchasing the kit from OW from there close out sale which doesnt come with there coils there recommending the use of a coil with a 15.75" or taller free height, about 3/8" taller that what OME seems to spec there 896's at 390mm of height. If i run the extended travel kit with the OME coils will i run into coils poping out if so can i just fab a 3/8-1/2" spacer plate to get the free height needed. I know the springs will be way firm compared to OW's coils that would normally come with the kit OW's spring rating: 200lbs-280lbs pending weight and the OME 896's are at 318lb of spring rate. I dont mind sourcing new coils I just mainly want to know can i wait and replace the coils later or is it going to be a must to replace the coils before the extended travel kit is installed any feedback is greatly appriciated thanks guys.

I was contemplating the same shocks for my superflex coils but its hard to justify the $450 right now on just rear shocks. So, i bought a heavy duty air compressor and a tree strap instead.

talking with andries at overland he suggested i switch to the toytec superflex for these shocks, if added weights present he suggested the all pro 3.5" FJ coils

Lets see some pics of those ext. travel shocks in use! How well does the rear flex with the stiff 896's?

They seem to work perfect together!!! pics/videos coming soon, got a few from this past weekend run with Superman at Uhwarrie!! I've just got to get them rendored right so there worth postin up ****ty phone vid's you know lol. I'm still running factory sway bar end links so adding extended links may prove to required slightly taller springs or a spacer but we'll know pretty soon if medic over at toyota120 can get his shipped to me!!
