Will do.
Did you order through MAF? I went to their web site and it says the tranny skid only fits V6, but yours is a V8, right?

Yes. That was why I had to send the original trans skid back, it was for a V6. I'm not sure why they don't have it offered for the V8, thats weird. I'd give them a call.

If yours doesn't look like mine, you have the correct one. The v6 plate is about 3" shorter due to the crossmember location.

I'll probably install my skids tomorrow... it looks like we have to remove those tubular, diagonal braces that are under there, right?
By the way, my paint came out great until the last coat! I just went to put another coat on the very front panel where the logo is and for some reason it dried a little wrinkly! Up until that point, it looked like gloss black powder coat. I'm not too worried... they're just gonna get stuff kicked up at them anyway, but they are definitely well protected from the elements!

Yeah, you have to remove those tubular cross braces. I agree, the paint is my last concern. You can barely see it down there anyways. Im happy as long as there's no rust in the future!

Looks like a blast! Great pictures! Did you get a new camera or just playing around with the old one?
Although this one is by far the best-

Thanks matt. Still just playing around with the t2i but I'm learning more about it and loving it! The guy in the pic was actually looking down at his fathers ashes that he spread there last year.

I know! I wanted to climb the rock till I saw how high the water went on Jerry's tailgate. That changed my mind real quick!
