Toyota dealer parts desk - cannot find this part

It's the 1" rubber cap, edge of front door that allows access to the screw that holds the outside door handle on. Looks like a 1" metal hole plug from Home Depot will do the job. Or a short rubber stopper.

Picture might make it easier.

From your description it sounds like 69318C on this page diagram
that is listed as 69318C SEAL, DOOR LOCK WIRING HARNESS **318-51010

we spent a long time looking at the diagrams,no luck
I'm betting it is the 4th one over from the top left corner of
(0208- )

Sometimes the part is too small to part out separately. So in order to get the part you have to buy the whole assembly. They may not show a part in that detail if they don't sell it separately.

You might try the Village Toyota website. They seem to have better drawings than the other online Toyota dealers
