Yup, I agree. Black definately has a clearcoat. I'm not getting any paint transfer when I buff this truck but I did when I buffed my black WRX (which did not have a clearcoat).

Is this an example of clear coat failure? Not sure what to do. Should I try Zaino? It’s only on one door. The rest of the car is fine.
