No fitment issues with Magnaflow on an 05 V8
Installed it tonight after getting back with a few buddies of mine from the bar (1:00am)...
easiest thing I have ever installed other than a drop in filter. With 3 people and a set of ramps, the whole thing took 30 min.
a few tips....loosen the bolts on the oem first, use some tire gloss on the hangers and they slide right off, and then pull out the oem pipes...
putting in the magna setup was just as easy...hang up the muffler first and then add the front mid pipe and then the rear section and then tighten each one with the band clamp and thats it.
11mm socket for the battery
14 mm socket for the OEM bolts
15mm socket for the band clamps
thats it...sounds good to me, and for those that thought that it was loud...are you crazy? its not that loud at all, although im slightly deaf from my BMW's.
ill get on making videos tomorrow morning...as i have to make some videos of the m5 for the buyer and take some high res pics of it as well...so ill just take out the 4runner too.

So I'm assuming Magnaflow must have fixed the problem with the fitment after all... be sure to take some pictures, Im going to order pretty soon here I think.

j/k
Can't wait for the pics and the videos.
I've been thinking of throwing an exhaust on mine too, but I'm so spoiled by the quietness of the vehicle that I'm apprehensive on messing with it.

So what size muffler did they supply?
Magnaflow come in 14", 18", 22" & 24" I think so this has quite some impact on noise levels (although personally I don't think any of them are too loud
I love the deep sound of my 18"
