Battery Disconnect help

I cleaned my MAF, replaced spark plugs and changed the air filter. I disconnected the NEG battery terminal while I was doing it to reset the computer. When i reconnected the NEG battery terminal the factory alarm when off for about 30 seconds and the vehicle will not start. Everything in the 4runner works fine (windows, lights, radio) but it will do nothing when I try to crank it. Any ideas??

Sounds like the engine immobilizer is activated. Search the forum for that and maybe you'll find your solution.

I got it. I just had to press the unlock button on the key less entry and then it started.
