Anyone Replace Eccentric Bolts? Cant Align my truck?

So I have a an FJ susp I just put on my 05 T4R SR5, Love It, but I have taken it to two separate alignment shops and they both Tell me that my alignment cant be dialed in perfect because my LCA bolts/cams are frozen...

It doesn't really surprise me b/c I live in Northern Maine and the snow salt is pretty intense up here...

However I did not notice when I bought the truck (1 month ago) that the tab that the LCA fits into is bent, the local shop took me in and showed me stating someone has tried to align this and bent the tab... Bummer!

So Just wondering should I take apart the LCA and get the bolts out and order new ones and Do poly bushings while I am at it?

Or Can I save the ones that are in there?

I Looked on toyotapartszone.com and found bolts for camber and toe adjustment however neither had parts diagrams associated with them and I am not sure of the exact part I would need..

I have done it on several 3rd gens but they are close to the same.
Really the easiest and quickest way is to: remove the lower ball joint, remove the lower shock/coil mount, pull the bolts out, pop off the ends, air chisel the adjuster tube out till you can drop the lower control arm, have new bushings pressed in, cover new adjusters with antiseize and reassemble.
