Does anyone know the part numbers for 2006 Head and Tail Lights for 4Runner? I was trying to get them at dealerships here in Canada, but they don

Has anyone looked into whether or not you need to change out the flasher relay? It would seem that there would need to be a different relay or you would need to add a dummy load in order to keep the flasher from going double-time.

Flushing ?? Do you mean turn signal? I think you may just not connect the turn signal to the headlight and use the bumper ones.

The tails and brakes would not be affected. If the 2006 tails have led turn signals, then they either have a different flasher relay, or a dummy load built in.

LEDs do not present the same load as standard bulbs. Therefore, if you were to replace your current bulbs with LEDs without making one of these changes, you would have your flashers going double speed, the same as it would if a bulb were burnt out.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Oh, I got it. I thought you've been talking about doubling front turn signal. OK, the Tails... They have tail/stop LEDs only, Turn signal is still bulb one.

Yes, a LED draws much less current than a standard bulb, but I don't think the turn signals are LED on the 06, just the brake lights.

Got it. BTW- I was thinking about this because I want them, too. Please post if you find a parts dealer that is getting them soon.
