*Size & type of lift in front
*Leveling kit in rear
*Size/tread/brand of tires
*Any additional ideas
Thank you!

A levelling kit is usually nothing more than a mild front lift. It's called that because from factory the front end is usually much lower than the back.
A body lift can't be installed on just the front. It's an all or nothing kind of thing. If the goal is a less than 3" lift most guys do a suspension lift.
The most common and cost effective combination seems to be a Daystar spacer lift for 2.5" in the front and 1.5" in the back with 265/70/17 tires. Goodyear Duratracs and BFG A/T T/A tires are the most popular. If you're shocks and struts are still good you can stick with them or you could swap them out. Bilstein 5100's or OME are popular.
