Good Mechanic in the Phoenix area?

I'm looking for an experienced mechanic to install my ds spacer kit. Anyone have any good recommendations?
Thanks

pull it into my garage and we could have it done in a day!! i live in queen creek, im by no means a certified mechanic, but have all the tools and experience to do so. i did the fj swap with my 08 by myself in my garage. im pretty sure spacers wouldn’t take long. you would just need an alignment afterwards, right?

Sorry to hijack an AZ thread. Anyone in the area have a specific Toyotal dealership that they recommend in the PHX area? I'm on the hunt for a 4Runner, and if I end up having to track one down through a dealer I'd rather do it with "friendlies".

Salem Boys are honest and know automotive work
They are not the cheapest in the short run but you wont pay for stuff you dont need and what they fix stays fixed.

Besides they are just darn good people

I checked out a shop that was recommended to me, they said they would charge $85 per wheel, $340 total. Is this a good price?
I tried Salem Boys but the guy that would do the work was off for the day so he'll call me back on Monday.

Thanks, right now it's about quality and price for me. I want to find someone that's knowledgeable about the Xreas and won't mess with it.

Somehow I missed the XREAS part.

You are smart to be cautious in the mechanic working on that system. Many say they can but the dont have a clue.

There have been a few posts on this forum about people getting work done by so called qualified mechanics and getting their system messed up.

Make sure you tell who ever is doing the work that it is XREAS and if they mess it up they will have to replace it. XREAS is not cheap to replace and you need to know what you are doing.

Make them understand that the system cant come apart while they work on it.

I had a shop here in Colorado Springs put on my Daystar lift but he had done a few already so he knew about them.

Good luck
