Haha actually I found out after the fact that hockey pucks are not good to use....

I bought a 1/2"x12"x24" sheet of UHMW plastic online to do them instead. That stuff is almost bulletproof

The cool thing about this 1/2" lift is it costs $30, you need a few hours, and there aren't any interference issues with wiring, plumbing, your radiator shroud, or your steering! Perfect!

Is there a write up on this? I have a reverse light out and this could be cool.

Lots of people have done them. Ask momo what LED lights he got. They're CRAZY

Made this thread a sticky. Lots of noobs and people with nothing better to do will benefit from this thread. Let's not clutter this thread up with BS, try to keep it to how-to's so we can have a list that is easy to sort through.

Thank you guys!

I would not call this a "MUST," the long thread on this still has failed to produce any scientific data that can be replicated to show any real benefit other than possibly acoustic.

I would also say an easy weekend mod would be to trim the nub on the rear wiper cover to allow you to pull it farther from the door to change the blade. Also the rear window hack mod (still need to do this myself.)
