After some interwebs research while an aftermarket air filter like a K&N does provide some noticeable performance increases the Charcoal filter delete does next to nothing.

I removed an Air filter, thus clearing the Intake Air Path, If it boosted Performance everyone would do it, I did it for a little more Intake noise (Just like I did an Exhaust cut out, Purely NOISE, maybe a tiny power bump) and I live at a lot of Elevation, any extra air helps. I like it, and it was easy.
But thank you for the Input

It costs literally nothing to do. So if it gives you 'next to nothing' in the performance department its a win.

When people are claiming it's a "must" mod I beg to differ. If all you want is more indication noise then knock yourself out but a must? No.

It seems though that these increases are most noticeable by K&N and those who have invested in the filter, not necessarily by objective measurement by independent parties. Another consideration is that engine tinkering isn’t what it was before manufacturers installed computers to micromanage every aspect of operation. Changes now have much more potential for unintended consequences.

Yes, It's not a must, but if you are a Racer like me and you want more noise, it is nice to do, but agreed, not a must. just something little you can do

Aftermarket Radio
I have a 2005 Toyota 4Runner SR5 and I want to put in a touchscreen Bluetooth radio. Are there any tips or suggestions for what brand I should get? I am just now beginning to do some mods.
