Hi guys, I am new here and I am having exactly same problem after I've blown the 140 ALT fuse along with 3 other ones, by wrong battery hook-up.....on my 05 SR5 v6 2wd 134k.
After replacing ALL blown fuses and reconecting the battery this time the right way, my driver side power window would NOT move at all. After I changed the battery and started the car, I opened the window but it would not come up. Now it is all he way down. The AUTO light is blinking. I followed the instructions on how to reset/recalibrate but I get no response from the window. The switch makes a clicking noise when pushed but no reaction from motor...
This is very frustrating given the fact hat I live in Las Vegas and it will soon be 115F outside temperature ..... and with the window open......
Thank you in advance guys...

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but I have the same problem in my '99 4runner as well. All the other electrical things are working fine, but when I press the driver's side window button, it blinks a couple of times but refuses to move the window at all. I haven't disconnected the battery or done anything like that. It has been super cold here and I'm thinking the innards might have frozen shut. Would that be even possible?
Andrei, have you found a solution?
Thanks a load guys!
