2003 stock suspension replacement

I have a 03 4runner 4x2 limited v6. I have not changed my shocks and springs at all have about 250k miles. What's a good stock replacement or should I just go with OEM. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Good stock replacement is the bilstein HD.

They're great especially if you wanna lift the truck. The HDs will save a few coins but are not adjustable. Do you have the XREAS? I'd be shocked (pun intended) if you got 250k out of XREAS

No I do not have the XREAS system on the car. So the 5100 can be set to stock height as well correct?

What kind of springs are ideal for this setup (bilstein 5100) if wanted to keep stock ride.

Stock or FJ front. Toytec super flex rears or just use the daystar spring spacer in the rear with stock springs.
