Is this a good Price for an 05?

I'm in the process of purchasing a new 4R. I've been in communication with this dealer through emails. For a 2005 SR5 v6, 4x4, in Galactic Gray mica with fifty state emissions (FE) third row
seating (TH), alloy wheels (AW), luggage rack (DR), rear spoiler (RF), carpet floor mats, (CF) he wants to offer me for $29,585 pl t\t\l\processing minus $2000 rebate. He said the invoice was $29,085. what do you guys think?

Look at edmunds.com for the real invoice and rebate. The invoice the dealer gave me was almost $1000 over the true invoice. He then "gave" me more than $1000 off "his" invoice. His invoice was basically true invoice plus doc fee, stealer holdback, and advertising.
Ended up paying invoice minus $150 minus $3500 rebate for mine, plus TT+L.

jerk him around a little and offer 27k. I got mine with the same options minus the 3rd row seats, but got the side airbags and the muffler tip (didn't care for it but it was already on).

They quote about the same price at first. After about 30 mins of neg got the price down to little over $28k and 3.5% APR.

This seems to be the norm out in Nor Cal. Some of the guys on this forum (out in the east coast) got even better deals.
